广州市益辉光学镜片制造有限公司创建于90年代初，专业从事透明光学镜片的开发生产，致力于PC注塑模具制造、PC镜片注塑、镜片表面硬化、镜片防雾、真空电镀处理，主要生产头盔护目镜片系列，运动用镜片等光学产品以及摩托车前挡风板等产品。
十多年的生产经验，使生产工艺日趋成熟，自行创办一流的镜片模具厂，更是产品质量的基础保证。主导产品头盔护目镜片先后通过中国GB98，美国SNELL及欧洲ECE检测。现代化的厂房配合先进的生产设备，使年生产力超过一千万片。原装进口的欧洲ECE检测设备，使产品质量得到最佳保障。
为了适应市场多元化的需要，本厂特设环辉摩配开发公司，以专业的人才，使用高强度的PC板材，生产耐冲击难碎摩托车挡风板，克服了普通挡风板易碎伤人的缺点，为驾驶者带来安全保护的作用，特别适用于高速行驶的赛车使用。

COMPANY PROFILE
Guangzhou JinHui Plastic Factory was established in the early 1990s. We specialized in developing and producing clear optical helmet visors, polycarbonate injection mould, polycarbonate injection helmet visors and also treatments such as product surface treatment (coating), vacuum electric plating treatment and anti-fogging treatment. Our factory's main products are helmet visors and goggles series in addition to sports visors, motorbikes' windscreens and other optical products etc.
With more than 10 years experiences in the industry, we constantly invest in research and development to improve and enhance our production techniques resulting in us being able to achieve the highest quality in our mould and visor products. Our main products of helmet visors have passed the GB98 test in China, SNELL (USA) and ECE (Europe) standards. The export to European market is made possible as we have invested in an equipment to test our visors in accordance to ECE standard. We are confident of supplying products of the best in quality as our modern factory is equipped with advance machineries with capacity to produce over 10 million pieces of visors annually.
In order to meet the regional market demands, we have formed another company named HuanHui, a company specialized in manufacturing windscreens for motorbike. With the combination of both our expertise, our motorbikes' windscreens are produced using high-impact resistance polycarbonate (PC) sheets which is of very high impact resistance, safe to be used on high-speed racing motorbikes - ordinary windscreens on motorbikes will easily break and injure the rider in an accident.
